Strengthen Corporate Social Responsibility in the sector. For his part, Carlos Salazar, President of the Business Coordinating Council, emphasized that in the face of the new demands of society, the company today must have an openly social dimension, creating public value and earning the trust of the people every day. Business prosperity depends on society progressing. ALIARSE must work with optimism and hope, but also with demand. The world is not going to wait for us, and neither is Mexico, we must renew our commitment in favor of the country and be one of the main factors in solving the social problems that afflict us and which are many. In his speech, Gustavo de Hoyos Walther, president of the Employers' Confederation of the Mexican Republic (Coparmex), commented that for our country to do better, it requires not only each of its inhabitants, but also citizens who participate and get involved.
In each aspect of our community and that Mexican companies are promoted towards the world: with a global vision, long-term investment and constant innovation that turns Mexico into a modern and innovative country that generates equity and inclusion for all. (For example: Communication Council, COPARMEX, CCE) e) Promote adoption of concepts such as social commitment of companies, Responsible Business Culture and global efforts such as the SDGs, for greater impact.
Expansion Strengthen alliances with regional, national and global peer organizations to develop a common agenda. b) Create an Advisory Council with allies (Universities, Global Compact, companies) c) Involve and participate in CSR commissions of business organizations such as those of the CCE and COPARMEX. Communication: a) Design an Institutional Identity Manual and unify communication channels on social networks. b) Strengthen communication and positioning actions of the sector. c) Welcome and promote social responsibility actions of companies and business organizations. d)Develop the Strategic Communication Plan and trademark registration. The session concluded with congratulatory messages from the participants to the new president and expressing the commitment of each chamber to be able to materialize the action plan.According to the Secretary of Tourism of Mexico, the pandemic due to the COVID-19 health emergency is an opportunity to build a new era in sustainable tourism.
