We know that for now, issuing invoices to KSeF is voluntary and will remain so in. The implementing decision of the Council of the European Union shows that the Polish government has obtained consent for mandatory invoicing in KSeF. The obligation to issue invoices in the KSeF will apply in the period from January to December. An extension of the issuance of structured invoices after one year will be possible after Poland submits a report on the effectiveness in combating VAT fraud after the introduction of the KSeF.

As it follows, there is no longer any appeal against issuing structured invoices, which, as we know,  currently operating in philippines photo editor business transactions.
