What are we doing to make this happen? How are we promoting it from our areas of influence? these changes to happen is in the EXCO and that its corporate objectives include a solid CSR (corporate social responsibility) program. In our organization, apart from starting to work on a very exciting CSR project, we have been chosen to be part of the ADIM Project (inclusion of the LGBT community in public and private companies in Spain).This initiative, apart from being of great help to this group that has so many difficulties finding work in certain sectors, will help us as an organization to raise awareness among our collaborators about equality.


We are also working on modifying our recruitment Denmark WhatsApp Number Data policies to be much more inclusive and therefore it will help us position ourselves in the market as a reference company in terms of inclusion. We understand that this is only a first step, that there is still a lot to go and do, but the important thing is to become aware as an organization that there must be a change and that together we can make it happen. It is a topic of great interest and even more so when we are in a moment where we must promote a change in the economic model to make it more inclusive. Log in to respond Juan Carlos de la Rosa Carretero I have the opinion that the whole issue of corporate social responsibility does not leave to be another hook for the business world to attract customers and generate its own economic profit. However, if this results in a more just and egalitarian society, much better for everyone, but I am frankly skeptical about it.
